Determination of the efficiency factor of electric motors

Transportable test device for motors and pumps

The combination of our measuring data acquisition system with a standard Notebook or PC gives the possibility to obtain a transportable motor or pump test device for
3-phase power measurement, temperature measurement, the acquisition of torque and speed, as well as pressure and flow.

The following measurements are available:
• No-load characteristic curve with determination of single losses for
three-phase motors per VDE 0530, VDE 0530-2E, IEC 60034 or CSA 390
• Endurance measurement with automatic cyclical data storage
• Short circuit characteristic curve with calculation of the saturation factors for current and torque
• Operating characteristic curves as a function of the shaft power
• Torque characteristic curve as a function of the motor speed
