The main business area of KUVER GmbH is the production of current-carrying connections for the general electrical industry. The company supplies its customers with high quality, elastic low and high voltage connections. There is a large selection of live tapes, power supplies, power cables with water or air cooling, flexible connections, and connectors. This allows a free choice of the dimensions and properties of the products offered. With us there are no long waiting times.

Flexible connections are mainly produced from braided copper bands or strands (E-Cu) with different cross sections, lengths and widths as required. Rigid connections are made from flat strips or sheets made from oxygen-free copper (SE-Cu) or from ordinary copper (E-Cu). Fabric tapes are highly flexible copper compounds,
which are made of very elastic, flat wire. The strand consists of very thin, untreated or tinned wires from 0.1 - 0.2 mmWe are able to produce practically any elastic copper connection.
Contact sleeves are attached to the ends of the tapes and are pressed on under high pressure. This creates an extremely compact, massive contact surface. With this manufacturing method, substances of the same conductivity are joined together (sleeves and strands E - Cu). No foreign substances such as solder or welding consumables are used. This creates construction parts that are characterized by very low contact resistance.
On customer request we can supply the live tapes with PCW / silicone insulation or in other insulating sleeves. The range of products includes connection widths from 20 to 200 mm and cross sections from 25 to 6000 mm2.
